Build a GIF from a photo sequence

Drop in a burst of photos, reorder them by dragging, and set the delay per frame or globally. Useful for timelapses, before-and-after loops, and short demos without opening a video editor.

JPG to PNG for further editing

Converting to PNG stops the generational quality loss that happens every time a JPEG is re-saved. It will not recover detail already lost, but it prevents further degradation across an editing round-trip.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my GIF file so large?

GIF is limited to 256 colours per frame and compresses poorly for photographs. Reducing the output dimensions, the frame count, or the colour palette are the effective levers.

Can I set a different delay for each frame?

Yes. Set a global delay for the whole animation, then override individual frames — useful for holding the first or last frame longer.
